Kathua, May 6: After picture of an attendant carrying a child with IV drip in his lap sitting outside District Hospital Kathua, went viral on social media platforms, Chief Medical Officer, Health and Family Welfare, Kathua had reportedly ordered an inquiry to ascertain the facts in the case.
It added that the salary of the Medical Superintendent has also been ordered to remain withheld pending inquiry in the case.
