JAMMU, May 03 : As per the official communiqué received from CEO Samba a Transfer Mela of Teachers of summer zones of the district is scheduled to be held in the premises of Government Higher Secondary Jakh on May 16th 2016 from 11 am to 3.30 pm for on spot disposal of transfer matters within the district.
It has been informed that the teachers having mature stay of three years as on March 1st2016 shall participate along with simple written application indicating complete service particulars and their result statement for the last three years duly authenticated by the concerned DDO.
Meanwhile the Teaches who have not completed their tenure but wish to avail exemption given in the new transfer policy can also participate with all the requisite documents and those wishing inter zone transfers, their applications shall also be received in the Mela and analyzed by a committee constituted for the purpose.
It has also been informed that those seeking transfers on medical grounds, being single parents, nearing retirement, dependents with special needs etc as per new transfer police can also come with their original documents for the purpose of verification.
