JAMMU, Apr 27: Sources told Cross Town News that Professor Amitabh Mattoo has been appointed as Adviosr to CM Mehbooba Mufti in the rank of Cabinet Minister.
Amitabh was holding the same charge earlier also during the regime of late Mufti Sayeed.
