JAMMU, Apr 21 : As per few reports, the number of stary dogs bite incidents are on rise , but as per information revealed by sources, in the Anti rabies section of GMC only 2 percent cases are of stray bite and rest of the cases are pets nail scratch , pet bite, cat scratch or bite , rats and monkeys.
It is not only in J&k but across the country there are stray dogs, wheras many reports suggest that Stray Dogs bite are more in the locations where in most of the case the dogs have been provoked.
