JAMMU, Apr 14: An Executive Engineer was abused and manhandled at his oresidence in Doda district by an alleged Blackmailer after the Xen refused to pay him money.
Abdul Wahid Zargar, Executive Engineer, PHE Doda, registered a complaint against Majid Ali Shokeen in the police station for his act.
The culprit reortedly had been arrested earlier also for blackmailing government officers.
