JAMMU, Mar 29 - A very warm farewell was arranged in honour of Commissioner Secretary Agriculture Production Department, M.A.Bukhari by the Officers of Horticulture Department. Bukhari is retiring on March 31.
Director Horticulture Anil Kumar Sharma lauded the remarkable contribution of M.A. Bukhari in various capacities, especially in streamlining the service matters (DPC) of the Department of Horticulture and regularizing all the retired officers. He thanked the commissioner-Secretary for facilitating resolution of various issues of the department for the welfare of the fruit growers.
M.A. Bukhari thanked officers of the department for their affection and love extended to him. He advised them to work hard with dedication and sincerity so that fruit industry flourishes and the state achieves new heights in Horticulture production.
Special Secretary APD Leena Padha, Additional Secretary APD Dr. Ravi Shankar Sharma, Director Command Manisha Sharma, Director Fisheries R.K. Dogra, Director Planning (APD) M.R. Matoo, Director Finance APD Mohd Rafiq, Director Agriculture S.S. Jamwal and other officials working in the Agriculture Production Department J&K were present on the occasion.
