Prohibition Order Around Langerial Temple Dayala Chack In Kathua District


          KATHUA, MARCH 19 - In order to prevent annoyance to the general public and disturbance of public tranquility, Additional District Magistrate Atul Gupta  in exercise of the powers vested in him under section 144 of CrPC has ordered that 300 meters area around the Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir Langerial (DayalaChack), Hiranagar will be dry area and drinking of alcohol (except in the bar room of tourist Dak Banglow, DayalaChack) eating meat, use of tobacco and narcotic drugs etc, performing of funeral rites except in cremation ground is totally prohibited, parking of the vehicles on mandir side or in its way is also prohibited.

           The order shall remain for a period of two months from the date of issuance i.e March 16, 2016.
