Jammu, Aug 17 : After publications by CTN so many times regarding the issue the Jammu and Kashmir State Dental Council sealed about dozen illegal and unregistered Dental Clinics being run by quacks and fake doctors
After receiving so many complaints against such practice is being carried out by the non professionals, a inspection team constituted warned those unregistered unqualified persons who are illegally operating dental clinics to close their clinics at the earliest otherwise the strict action will be initiated against them.
He requested the common people to intimate the council of any illegal clinic is operating in their vicinity. Dr. Bhuipnder Singh urged the dentists of the state to get their clinical registration done at the earliest otherwise they will be forced to take action under rules as per the orders of the President JKSDC, Dr. Romesh Singh.
This seems to be an eye wash, otherwise it would have acted earlier, why were sleeping since long on the issue.
The team should also check the rates prescribed for the different treatments & be displayed, otherwise Doctors charge of theier own choice.
