JAMMU, Mar 18; A two-day workshop on Radio and Broadcasting skills commenced here today at Government College for Women Parade.
The workshop organized by PG Department of Home Science was inaugurated by Station Director Prasar Bharti, Radio Kashmir Jammu, V. K. Samyal.
Sanjeev Sharma, Nitish Arora and Kamal Krishan Lidhoo, Programme Executives, were the resource persons , who gave the participating students tips on the Broadcasting skills.
The inaugural session started with the welcome speech by Dr. Aruna Dubey, HOD, PG Home Science (CRM&E). She emphasized on the importance of training for effectiveness and efficiency.
Principal Dr. Renu Goswami encouraged the students to participate in such kind of workshops to chisel their skills which will help in all round development of their personality and to imbibe professionalism.
