SRINAGAR, Feb 27: The Government of India today approved inter-State transfer of Prashant Panwar, an IAS officer of 2015 batch of Jammu and Kashmir cadre. Panwar has been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Haryana cadre on the basis of Physically Handicapped Policy of the Centre, as per an official order issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension.
The order has been issued with the concurrence of the State Governments of bothJammu and Kashmir and Haryana.
