Sources told Cross Town News that Mehbooba wants Centre to take J&K on more priority in coming days and demanded Smart city status for twin capitals Jammu & Srinagar as this will develop confidence in people of J&K.

Mehbooba in her meeting with Ram Madhav on Wednesday had categorically told that though Centre has given a package of Rs 80,000 to J&K but things in node are hardly visible. Sources told Cross Town News that Mehbooba wanted Centre to give more penetration in approach towards money orientation.
