JAMMU, Feb 20: Police Public Mela is all set to take off on Sunday. All arrangements have been made to conduct the event smoothly at Gulshan Ground near Panama Chowk, Jammu.
Jammu and Kashmir Police Wives Welfare Association is organising the one day event which would be inaugurated at 10 a.m and the raffle draw for the fabulous prizes, including 21 cars, would be held at 4 p.m in presence of the masses.
More than 60 stalls have been established at the venue, displaying different items of people’s choice for sale. Tickets for prizes would also be available at the venue.
Organisers have also kept available free buses from different routes of the city including Channi, Satwari and Indra Chowk. These buses would be available to ferry the visitors from 9 morning to 3 p.m.
