JAMMU, Feb 16: In a strange series of events, A widow applied for transfer of plot No. 44 C/C, Ganhi Nagar, Jammu with all required documents. It has been reported by the applicant that on 26.02.2015, Additional Secretary, Housing submitted the file to Secretary, H&UDD for the excess area if any shall be regularized by charging prevalent rates. Regarding the matter the observation was provided by MD, Housing board vide No. HB/6193 dated 13.02.2015 in response to Administrative letter dated 11.02.2015.It clearly speaks that all documents required for transfer of ownership right were ok.
It is pertinent to mention here that in the said communication, MD also intimated regarding similar transfer issued by Administrative department vide No. HUD/Trf/122/2007 dated 8.8.2014 of plot No. 28-A D/C Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. Very strange to mention here that vide No. HUD/HB/trf/01/2015 dated 23.03.2015, it was communicated to applicants to produce the attested copies of the 10 documents for which never asked prior to completion of file up to 26.02.2015 speaks of malafidies of the officers or vested considerations as why not documents called for at the initial stage and that communication never reached to applicant.
It is also a matter of great concern to mention here about the vested consideration& intelligence of the officers of H&UDD that out of 10 documents, it has been verified that 8 are enclosed in the file, which is being processed since last one & half an year.
After the intervention, the officers again issued reminder dated 07.10.2015 for the same documents. The applicant submitted a request with some documents & informed the Commissioner, H&HUDD that all required documentsare already enclosed, so my case be processed. U/Secretary & S.O were personally contacted by the representative but both said nothing done & again communicated dated 10.02.2016 for same documents speaks about the working of the big bosses, which are the real dead woods.
