The order reads "Posting of Special Assistant with Vice-Chairman, J&K State Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of Scheduled Castes. In the interest of administration, Ms. Seema Bharti, Collector Land Acquisition, Special Collector, Defence, Udhampur, is hereby transferred and posted as Special Assistant in the personal section of Vice Chairman, J&K State Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of Scheduled Castes, with immediate effect."
