JAMMU, Feb 05: J&k Government has given Sanction to the constitution of State Administrative Council, comprising Governor as its Chairman and his Advisors as Members, to dispose of the cases mentioned in the Second
Schedule of the Jammu and Kashmir Government Business Rules or such other matters as the Governor may direct to be placed before it.
The Chief Secretary shall function as Secretary to the State Administrative Council. The Administrative Secretary of Planning & Development, General Administration, Finance, Law or any other Department may be invited to the meetings of the Council as may be required from time to
