Jammu, Feb 14: Govt always talks of RTI Act but it has been observed that some officers don't bother for it. Proved example is with Cross Town News that an applicant filed an application under RTI with prescribed fee & due receipt from the said office datec 04.01.2018.
The concerned was to provide the required information within a period of thirty days from the date of recipt of the application but the big boss concerned after a lapse of 39 days did not provided the information till today is a matter of great concern.
However, the application is publicized for information of the public to see that how the RTI is bothered by some big bosses in the state.
