Need to empower woman: Lal Singh

UDHAMPUR, Jan 23: Ch Lal Singh, Ex Minister   of Health chaired the function Beti bachaao  desh bachaao on National Girl Child Day in Udhampur. DC Udhampur Shahid Iqbal Choudhary was also presnt on the ocassion.

Lal Singh on the ocassion said " Awareness is needed at the grassroots, need to educate girls  and we need to empower women".
