JAMMU,Jan 15: Night temperature remained several notches below the freezing point in Kashmir valley and Foggy weather witnessed in Jammu causing inconvenience to some , wheras joy to others.
The minimum temperature was minus 3.1 in Srinagar on Friday whereas in Jammu city today the minimum temperature was 8.5 degrees.
