Kathua,November 07: Speaking about the efficiency of state Govt, & in the district where Dy. Chief Minster & Forest Minister exists, the review meeting of DDB was held jokingly without the top functionaries of the district administration including District Development Commissioner, & CPO. Kathua.
However, the meeting was also attended by Deputy CM Dr Nirmal Singh and district officers of various departments..
The posts of ADDC, Project Officer District Rural Development Agency (DRDA ) and District Statistics and Evaluation Officer Kathua are also lying vacant since a long time if not required should be aboilished to save govt money.
Additional DC, Kathua, Rashpal Singh in addition to his duties is performing his duties as DC and ADDC speaks that Govt dont find any suitable man to be posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kathua is a matter of concern.
