Rajouri, November 03: Sub Divisional Magistrate Thanamandi has reportedly written a letter to SSP Rajouri, alleging that local SDPO and SHO were running parallel administration as they had thrashed revenue staff and detained a Patwari in the town for removing a barbed wire put illegally by the police.
It added that on the direction of SHO Thannamandi, Police detained one of patwari and thrashed in front of other staff, who was performing his official duties. SHO Thannamandi also humiliated Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar by stopping and searching their vehicles.
SDPO Thannamandi also withdrew PSO of SDM with malafide intention and revengeful attitude, it added.
