JAMMU, Dec 15: The Deputy Chief Minister, Jammu & Kashmir, Dr Nirmal Singh has reportedly asked the officials of Housing & Urban Development department to take actions against illegal construction.As per sources Dr Singh has asked the department that do not bother those who are innocent and are paying revenues to the government but take action against Mafia who are involed in il-legal constructions .
In H&UD , it has become a behavior that trouble the innocent and make ways easy for those who are playing with massive violations and constructing building on masculine/money power. Cross Town News has already brought in notice in previous editions that there are number of cases where controversial decisions have been take causing harassment to innocents.
With clear directions from DY CM , it can be hoped that things will improve in the concerned departments where strict protocol is required.
