JAMMU,Dec 09: Today bunch of compulsory retirement cases were listed in the court of Hon, ble Justice B.S.Balia for hearing. It was disclosed by the councils of the petitioners that in some cases counter to file reply by the respondents were closed and in some cases last opportunity to file reply was granted but the respondents did not bothered for the Hon'ble court orders passed from time to time. Advocate General, Mrs Seems Shekhar for respondents and informed the Hon'ble court that reply shall be filed in done cases by next week.
After hearing Justice B.S.Walia ordered to list the cases in week commencing 14.12.2015 and respondents were directed to file reply before listing of the case.It is a great matter of concern to mention here that if such is the position of respondents not to reply well in time shall cause delay in justice to the appellants and such officers are needed to be compulsorily retired as dead wood to teach a lesson for non compliance of High Court orders. Otherwise it clearly speaks as delay in justice is denial of justice.
