Jammu, Nov 6: In C.P./16/2025 (JAMMU)In O.A./1060/2021 titled KISHORE KUMAR GUPTA Vs SHALEEN KABRA AND ORS after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Miscellaneous Application No. 1629 of 2026 has been filed by the petitioner through counsel seeking impleadment of new incumbent in place of existing party respondent/ contemnor no. 1 in the contempt petition.
For the reasons stated therein, the aforesaid M.A. is allowed. Registry to do the necessary correction in the memo of parties in the contempt petition.
Mr. Rajesh Thappa, AAG appearing for respondent no. 1 shall apprise this Tribunal about the outcome of the Establishment-cum-Selection Committee with regard to the regular promotion of petitioner as Chief Engineer w.e.f. 01.03.2013 to 30.04.2018 against the vacancy which was kept reserved for him by the ECSC.
List this case on 08.12.2026.
