Jammu, Nov 6 : Jammu and Kashmir Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Amitava Chatterjee announced plans to expand the bank's branch network, saying at least 40 new branches would be opened during the current year, followed by another 60 to 70 branches next year.
Chatterjee said the expansion was part of the bank's efforts to strengthen its banking network and improve accessibility for customers.
