Jammu, Nov 3: Shaleen Kabra's last order uploaded on FCR's website as FCR on clarification for the correction of entries in the Record of Rights under Section 32 of the J&K Land Revenue Act can be entertained by Deputy Commissioners and Additional Deputy Commissioners (acting as Collectors) without being barred by the former one-year limitation linked to Section 49.
Shaleen Kabra served as one of the longest Financial Commissioner Revenue in Jammu and Kashmir.
