Jammu, Oct 31: Ayushi Sudan, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation assigned all Enforcement Powers to Abdul Sattar, Jt Commissioner(H&S), details with CTN reads as under:-
" In the interest of administration & smooth functioning of Enforcement Wing & in succession of all previous orders, all Enforcement related matters henceforth shall be routed through Sh. Abdul Star. JKAS , Jt Commissioner."
Order further read that " Further no independent review shall be taken by either of Jt Commissioners without knowledge of undersigned".
It is to mention here that there are 03 Jt Commissioners working in Jammu Municipal Corporation, Jammu.
