Jammu, Oct 28: It has been noticed that Bone & Joint Hospital, Srinagar is running with full Budget & full staff strength but Bone & Joint Hospital, Jammu neither with full Budget nor with staff strength raised question on Health Department of J&K.
It has also been noticed that GMC, Srinagar is running with double the strength of security & sanitary staff on temporary or other basis and getting salary upto the mark but in GMC, Jammu such staff is without salaries since last more than 03 months .
Other side payments of construction works are pending for want of release of funds causing hindrances in further executions, funds for PM schemes are not being released .
It is visible that Patients are running to get dates for MRIs in GMC, Jammu, which are observed not available since more than 2 weeks , raise various questions.
