Anantnag, Oct 26: Anantnag Police has achieved a significant milestone by successfully tracing all 125 persons reported missing across various police stations of the district during the year 2026.
It said that of the total 125 missing persons, 90 were adults, while 35 were minors. Through swift action, sustained follow-up and dedicated efforts by police personnel, all 125 missing persons have been successfully traced, bringing immense relief to their families.
Anantnag Police reiterated its commitment to public service and urged citizens to report missing-person cases promptly at the nearest police station to facilitate immediate action.
