Mr. Rajesh Thappa, on his request is granted one more opportunity of three weeks' time to file reply subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- to be deposited in the funds of Bar Association of High Court of J&K and a receipt of the same be submitted in the Registry by the next date.
