Jammu, Oct 16: In CPSW No. 163/2019 titled Zorawar Singh and others vs Hilal Ahmed Parrey and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
1. Despite service of the bailable warrants upon respondent No. 4, no one has appeared on his behalf. Respondent No. 4 has not even filed the statement of facts.
2. Issue non-bailable warrants of arrest against respondent No. 4 for securing his presence before the Court on the next date of hearing.
The warrants be sent through concerned SHO for execution.
3. Be listed on 20.11.2026. (SANJAY DHAR) JUDGE
