New Delhi, Oct 09: Supreme Court directed that there shall be “no complete prohibition” on the movement of metro trains, asking authorities to allow metro and other railway services to operate in a suitably regulated manner ahead of the October 10 protests.
Supreme Court also directed authorities to give wide publicity to their decision to minimise inconvenience to commuters, keeping in mind the principle of proportionality.
