Jammu, Oct 09: In case of non compliance of Govt Orders can be seen from once upon a time vide Registration No. HUNND/R/2026/60114 , Online Reference No. 128960513216 dtd 03.09.2026 an application was filed to H&UDD for seeking information over some questions of ATRs on a complaint filed by applicant to Commissioner/Secy, H&UDD on 25th August , 2026 over some alleged illegal acts done by some Officers including JKAS Officer for allowing illegal acts & other related matters despite matter in their knowledge and other related matters in JMC but 30 days to provide information as per ACT were over on 2nd October & today is 9th &in violation & in non compliance of act information has not been provided to the applicants till day, raised proved questions of failure of implementation of Govt's time bound Instructions!
