Srinagar, Sep 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Department has sanctioned the placement of 20 Assistant Professors, Librarians and PTIs of Government Degree Colleges in Academic Pay Level 11 with an Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs 7,000.
