Jammu, Sep 15: The Director Rural Development Department, Jammu, Shahnaz Akhter JKAS convened a detailed review meeting via video conferencing to assess physical and financial progress across the Jammu division.
The review focused on targets under UT Capex 2026–27—specifically covering Community Development and District Development Council (DDC) infrastructure—alongside an in-depth parameter check of the VB-G RAM G scheme.
Superintending Engineer (REW Jammu), Assistant Commissioners Development (All) of Jammu Division, Executive Engineers of REW, and Executive Engineers of PW(R&B) from Jammu (Satwari), Udhampur, Kathua, Reasi, and Poonch participated in the officers were directed to ensure speedy execution, maintain strict financial discipline, and expedite remaining developmental target completions across rural sectors.
