JAMMU, Sept 10: Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet headed by CM Omar Abdullah cleared Flyover from Muthi Flyover to BC Road and development of Industrial Park under Bhavya Scheme, which will be Plug and Play (including ready to sue Infrastructure) to be situated in 671 kanals land at Vijaypur in Samba district.
Cabinet also cleared Sabzi Mandi has also been cleared in Sopore.
J&K Cabinet also cleared the bills for introduction in upcoming autumn session of the Legislature being held in Srinagar from September 21.
Cabinet cleared promotion of Rajesh Talwar to Super Time Scale of J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service; and Shahid Majeed Kakroo, Harjeet Kour, Manav Gupta, Amit Mahajan and Prem Lata Patial to Special Scale of the same Service, whereas Satyan Shree Gupta, Altaf Hussain Hajam, Reena, Mohd Hanief, Naseer Ahmad Lone, Farah Anjum, , Jatinder Pandita, Mohd Akram, Irfan Majid, Nishad Akhter, Mohd Yassain and Vaneet Singh were promoted to Selection Grade of Accounts Service.
All decisons taken will be sent to Lieutenant Governor for approval.
