SRINAGAR , Sep 06: 45 Kanals Unused stretch of land around Srinagar’s stalled Sangarmaal City Centre got staggering bid of Rs 421.75 crore.
The final offer was more than double the reserved price.
Parmesh Construction Company Ltd, a consortium involving Pahalgam Green Hotels, a Jammu and Kashmir-based firm and Bhutani Infra Ltd, emerged as the successful bidder , as per reports.
The property is being offered on a full-lease basis.
