Jammu, Sep 04: In O.A./1002/2026 (JAMMU) titled MURTZA ULLA Vs HEALTH AND MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are considering the case of the applicant and within two weeks a decision as regards to release of salary for the period he has actually worked would be taken and makes a request to grant a short time to apprise the Court accordingly by filing response in this regard.
Time is granted, if action as stated by learned counsel for the respondents is not taken within the period of stated above, a cost of Rs. 50,000/- would be imposed on respondent no. 3 on the next date of hearing, which shall be payable from his own sources.
