JAMMU, Aug 30: Erstwhile J&K cadre IAS Officer Manoj Dwivedi has worked on notification of Prevention of Unfair Mean Public Examinations Act in 2024.
As per details with Cross Town News , Chairperson NDMC New Delhi , while serving in DoPT, has worked for notification of a central act “Prevention of Unfair Mean Public Examinations Act in 2024”.
Recently amendments were made to Act for more severe penalties and also have fast track courts.
