Jammu, Aug 28: The Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Kishtwar has terminated the services of an HDF sanitation worker following his arrest in connection with the death of a minor in Chatroo.
According to an official order, copy with CTN reads that, Farooq Ahmed was arrested by Police Station Chatroo in connection with FIR No. 34/2026.
The case has been registered under Sections 61(1), 65(2), 90, 91 and 92 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with Sections 4, 6, 8, 10 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
