JAMMU, Aug 27: Cross Town News Managing Editor Rajesh Gupta replied to notice given by JKAS Officer Rajiv Khajuria , wheras JKAS Officer prsently posted as Joint Commissioner JMC Jammu has been advised to withdraw Notice as is baseless , Unwarranted and legally unviable.
The Copy of reply to Notice sent through Advocate Tahil Gupta can be read below, which would not have been covered by our Editorial team , had the Notice issued by JKAS officer Rajiv Khajuria had not been covered by 6 Media House , however it is questionable here ,how the personal Notice issued by Rajiv Khajuria,JKAS , carrying sensitive infromation of Jammu Municipal Corporation, reached to Media Houses , which can be debated under J&K Government guidelines of conduct of Officer.
