In CP 94/2026 [ CONTEMPT ] In T.A./301/2025 titled SURJEET SINGH Vs GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Mr. Sudesh Magotra, AAG seeks and is granted three weeks time as a matter of last opportunity to file the status report with regard to directions given by Hon'ble High Court in WP(C) No. 2229 of 2024 dated 27.05.2025, failing which coercive steps will be taken on the next date.
List this case on 27.08.2026.
