Notices be issued to the respondents in M.A, returnable on or before the next date of hearing.
Mr. Rajesh Thapa, ld. A.A.G. appears and waives notices on behalf of the respondents.
Respondents are directed to file reply within four weeks, furnishing a copy of the same to applicant’s counsel.
