Bengaluru , Aug 11: It has been observed that FDA J&K showing its presence by conducting inspections on adulteration but has never seen for taking tough actions on defaulters despite charging high rates because no department has been seen acting on excess charging .
However, if FDA, LMD, FSSAI & FDA act together in a team work , system of pure food items & excess charging can be controlled.
It has been heard that Director, F&S, Jammu is trying his level best to together by not showing supremacy to each other, such culprits but FDA, LMD seem to act independently, which is creating hinderance in complete operation, hence there is need of the day that Govt should issue a tough orders to all these 04 department jointly act to crackdown on such like defaulters to provide public relief fro high charging of rates & adulterated food item?
However, Karnataka’s Food Safety and Drug Administration has directed hotels, dhabas, restaurants & food establishments to strictly follow food safety and hygiene norms. Details with CTN read as under:-
