JAMMU, Aug 04:There is case of wrong rejection of one CTP of JDA vide No. CTP/JDA/BPC/1039-41 Dated. 02.02.2021 was countered by CTP of Town Planning Organization Jammu vide No. CTP/JMP/2021-22/1774 Dated. 09.03.2022, wherein he commented that Bye Laws of same have not been mentioned in JMP-2032 & thereafter report was sent by then VC of JDA to Govt vide No. JDA/CTP/000176/388 Dated 1.10.2022.
Now, It is also a big question that Officers till day Noor acted to ractify the said item of the Master Plan, which is their fault not of the applicant, on which BP Case was rejected but with contradicting observations of two CTPs.
However, it is well aware of the fact that Unified Building Bye Laws can be applied on Master Plan but strange to mention here that H&UDD has revised/modified UBBL of 2021 so many times but on what it has to be applied that is Master Plan not being revised despite lapse of 09 years of its issuance.
It is also to be seen that how many Building Permission Cases has been approved by as per new procedure & how many NOCs are still sealed.
However, now once again H&UDD has issued one order for uploading of online inspection report in 24 hours for identified online services.
