JAMMU, July 15: B L Saini today assumed charge as the Chief Vigilance Officer of J&K Bank, who is entrusted with upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability within the Bank.
Saini joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in 1995 and with over 30 years of distinguished service in SBI, he brings extensive experience in banking operations, business leadership, governance, audit and compliance.
Prior to joining J&K Bank, Mr Saini served as General Manager, CAO (Delhi Circle), SBI, where he was responsible for audit and compliance oversight of around 1,700 branches across Delhi, Uttarakhand and parts of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, strengthening governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance across one of SBI's largest and most strategically important circles.
