Gurugram, July 14: Two Head Constables, Anil and Chhotelal, were killed in a road accident in Gurugram's Farrukhnagar area last night, after a water tanker rammed into the Gurugram Police Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) they were travelling in from behind.
The police vehicle was mangled. The third passenger, Constable Dharmendra, is battling for his life in the hospital.
