Jammu, July 11: VC/Collector/Estate Officer, one Tehsildar, of Jammu Dev Authority are in question for adopting "Pick & Choose" in clearing files & acting on "Notices" issued in various sections or playing "Delay Tactics" in clearing disposals.
However, hot issue of the day is that despite clear replies in "Show Cause Notices" issued by Collector on the approval of VC, JDA by quoting illegal facts, again JDA issued Cancellation & Eviction Notices, which are illegal on the grounds that, how, VC is evicting the concerns without expiry period as mentioned in the "Lease Deed" duly registered in competent courts, either, should have refunded the amount taken from the applicant with 18% interest, otherwise if enquired, case wise shall prove malafidies of VC/Collector & so called Estate Officer concerned for causing harassment to some , their lease Deeds were registered in 2013-14, i.e. just 12 to 13 yeas back?
However, again, VC/Collector/Estate Officer of JDA are in question in High Court, for "Stays" on orders? Order copies with CTN read as under:-
