Jammu, July 03: The malafidies of Collector & said Estate Officer can be detected from a proved case of fraud, which documents are with Cross Town News & top among all is revising lease deed of a Hotel into various commercial activities in open violation of rules & acts but within a period of couple of days after getting application from the applicant, causing loss to Govt to crore by way of additional fee & taxes.
Another is since long said Estate Officer has issued Notices under various Sections for Eviction in her jurisdiction but after that sleeping on further actions in lot of cases, otherwise which are required in specified period of time, if enquired case/notice wise shall raise a pointer towards her working?
However, now hot among all is a big question on working of said Collector & Estate Officer that they issued cancellation Notices to lot of concerrn, which were followed by Eviction Notices with a well knitted plan to harass innocents, but which raised another question on their competence that had they bothered to return the amount received by JDA to the concerns, whose concerns they are sealing by quoting "Illegal Allotments"?
Had they processed any actions against then VC or other concerned officers for making fraud/illegal allotments, if so as per their opinion otherwise why only innocents are being fixed after taking allotment fee from them since years, is another question on said Collector & Estate Officer for their proved incompetence & malafidies, which is a matter of high level enquiry?
However, if allotments were made on fraudulent means, JDA should have reffered to ACB/Crime instead of putting pressure on innocents despite taking rent every month & lot have not completed 40 years after lease entered by JDA.
