Srinagar, June 30: The High Court has stayed the selection for fresh appointment of CWC Member posts in various districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
Justice Sanjay Dhar stayed the advertisement issued by the Mission Director Kashmir vide order dated 09.06.2026 for fresh selection process for appointment of members of the CWC in various district of J&K including against the positions presently held by the petitioners.
