Chandigarh, June 30: CBI arrests IAS officer Pradeep Kumar on the day of his retirement in Haryana's high-profile IDFC First bank fund scam. Investigation has revealed that the actions of Pardeep Kumar, as Member Secretary, Haryana State Pollution Control Board had a direct nexus with the fraud.
